2026-2027 Tuition Schedule and Payment Options

Below you will find a list of tuition and fees for both new and returning students for the 2026 – 2027 school year.

Tuition Schedule

**The enrollment fee is non-refundable. This fee helps offset costs related to our partnership with Succop and other all school events.

Variable tuition adjusts tuition for qualifying families based on financial needs.

Application & Enrollment Fees

Application Fee - $50/student (non-refundable)

Enrollment Fee - $100/student (non-refundable)

Withdrawal Fees

Because planning for the upcoming school year occurs early and involves identifying staffing needs, it is important to let PCA know of changes in enrollment early. Withdrawal fees will be charged as follows:

Before June 30, 2026 - no fee
From July 1, 2026 - July 31, 2026 - $100/student
From August 1, 2026 - August 26, 2026 - $100/student + 1 month of tuition (based off the 12-month tuition rate)
From August 26, 2021 - October 20, 2026 - 25% of tuition due
From October 21 - December 31 - 50% of tuition due
From January 1 - March 16 - 75% of tuition due
From March 17, 2026 - May 28, 2026 - 100% of tuition due

Payment Options

All payment plans are paid through the FACTS Tuition Management automated payment system.

Annual Payment Plan is withdrawn in August
Semi-Annual Payment Plan is withdrawn in August & January
Quarterly Payment Plan is withdrawn in August, November, February, and May
10 Month Payment Plan is withdrawn in September – June
12 Month Payment Plan is withdrawn in July – June

If a payment plan has not been set up by the first day of school, the student will forfeit their spot in the class.
